The Bazzini Building is a residential conversion of an existing six-story, 36,000sf former nut roasting warehouse located in TriBeCa at the corner of Greenwich and Jay Street. A new one-story rooftop addition was granted approval by the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission which integrates the existing sixth floor to create two duplex penthouses. Typical units range from 1700sf to 3000sf along with the two duplex penthouses of 4000sf each.
